Hesham Ghoniem is the studio’s lead engineer. Briefs sent through this site go straight to him, and the first call is 45 minutes with him: no account manager, no sales deck.

One senior team works with you from the first call to the last update. A senior engineer reviews every change, including for security, before it ships, and the person who answers on launch night is the engineer who built your system.

How we work

Five stages, and the last one never closes.

You always know what’s happening, what it costs and what comes next.

1. Discover

   We spend one working session mapping how your business runs, when the real deadline is and what must not go wrong. You leave with a written scope and an estimate range. We work inside your tools: Slack, Teams, Jira, ClickUp or Notion.

2. Design

   We model your rules, data and user flows before writing any code, while changing your mind still costs nothing. You approve the screens and structure before the build starts.

3. Build & secure

   We release working software to your environment on a regular schedule, so you see progress instead of hearing about it. A senior engineer reviews every change, including for security, before it ships.

4. Launch

   Before the switch, we rehearse the launch and set up monitoring, backups and a written step-by-step plan, so launch night is quiet.

5. Run

   We maintain, monitor and improve your system for as long as you’re with us. The engineers who built it keep it running.

We stay after launch. We monitor, back up and update your system for as long as you’re with us, and the engineers who built it are the ones on call. Some clients have been with us since 2021, and we still run what we built for them.

What we build with

The stack behind our case studies.

Most systems in our case studies run on PHP and Laravel, with Vue 3, Inertia and Tailwind in the browser, MySQL or PostgreSQL for data, and Redis and Horizon for background work, hosted on AWS or DigitalOcean. Some older systems run on lightweight PHP with server-rendered pages, and one keeps its data in MongoDB.
