API and third-party integrations for any system you rely on
CompertMe connects your software to any external service or system through its API, from payment gateways and shipping carriers to cybersecurity tools, messaging services and partner platforms. We also build documented APIs for your partners, and keep every integration running when a provider changes its API, its prices or its terms.
- Who it’s for
- Businesses whose software depends on outside services or partner systems, and who need those connections to run without manual work.
Integrations
Examples of what we have integrated
Every connection below is running in a system we built. If a service has an API, we can connect it.
Payments & billing
Online card payments, subscription billing, usage-based credits in several currencies, coupons, regional payment gateways and bank-transfer confirmation, with every payment verified on the server before access is granted.
Logistics & shipping
Warehouse partner APIs and webhooks, express and postal carriers, shipment status updates and customs-duty filing, and a documented partner API delivered in seven days.
Cybersecurity tools & engines
Vulnerability scanners, a self-hosted reconnaissance engine, dark-web breach data providers, phishing-simulation engines, leaked-password checks and SSL certificate analysis, brought together into one dashboard and one risk score.
Business platforms & sign-in
Microsoft 365 user and MFA data, single sign-on, Slack and Microsoft Teams alerts, and address lookup and verification.
Messaging & notifications
Transactional email, SMS and one-time codes, business messaging, chat bots, real-time push notifications and email-marketing lists kept in sync.
Data, AI & cloud
AI providers that can be switched in one setting, live exchange rates, text extraction from scanned documents, monitoring of 188 public websites, and cloud file storage on AWS and other providers.
Reliability
How we keep integrations working
- Every incoming message is saved before it is processed, so nothing is lost if a step fails.
- Each provider sits behind its own connection layer, so replacing it does not mean rewriting the system. We have replaced data providers twice without customers losing the service.
- A health check watches every connected service, because a provider that stops answering can look exactly like one with nothing to report.
- Responses are checked for errors even when the provider reports success.
- When a partner replaced its API, we rebuilt the data model beside the old one and switched over with no downtime.
What we do
Every connection your business depends on, built to survive change.
APIs your partners can build on
A documented API, its documentation generated from the same rules it enforces. For an air cargo handler, 18 endpoints were live in production in seven days, and its partner signed the contract on them.
Payment gateways
Hosted card checkout, so card details never touch your servers. Each payment is fetched from the provider and verified on the server before anything is released, never trusted from the browser.
Carriers, customs and partners
Status updates go to shipping partners in their own codes and in the right order, and a customs update whose “success” reply hides an error is rolled back. One action updates 200 bags on a flight.
Incoming messages, checked
Webhooks and partner messages are checked and recorded before they change anything. One forwarding platform handles 8 types of incoming partner message across 13 external services.
Manual work, automated
Jobs your team does by hand become a button or a schedule. Preparing a customer invoice went from a working day to under a minute, by the business owner’s own count.
Providers you can replace
Each supplier sits behind its own connection layer, so when a partner replaces its API or a provider shuts down, we swap it without the business stopping.
How we work
Every system mapped before the first connection.
-
Stage 1: Discover
We spend one working session mapping how your business runs, when the real deadline is and what must not go wrong. You leave with a written scope and an estimate range. We work inside your tools: Slack, Teams, Jira, ClickUp or Notion.
-
Stage 2: Design
We model your rules, data and user flows before writing any code, while changing your mind still costs nothing. You approve the screens and structure before the build starts.
-
Stage 3: Build & secure
We release working software to your environment on a regular schedule, so you see progress instead of hearing about it. A senior engineer reviews every change, including for security, before it ships.
-
Stage 4: Launch
Before the switch, we rehearse the launch and set up monitoring, backups and a written step-by-step plan, so launch night is quiet.
-
Stage 5: Run
We maintain, monitor and improve your system for as long as you’re with us. The engineers who built it keep it running.
For an integration, discovery maps each system involved and what happens when it sends something wrong. Anything the software cannot match is set aside for a person, never guessed.
Proof
Integrations that kept the business trading.
Air Cargo & Customs Platform
Logistics · 2025 – 2026 · Specify, build, deploy
7 days — Empty repository to a live, documented API. Both sides signed the contract on it
Cross-Border Forwarding Platform
Logistics · 2018 – present · Build, run, maintain
8 years — Continuous development, one data-model rebuild, zero downtime
Forwarding Warehouse & Resale Platform
Logistics · 2021 · Design and build
330 — Server endpoints: 66 screens, 264 single-purpose operations
From our track record
Can you connect tools that weren’t built to talk?
Integration · three months
Part of the engine had no API. We built one.
The customer clicks "Launch" and never touches the terminal.
What if a partner changes their API on us?
Resilience · 2024 – 2025
The partner replaced its API. The business kept trading every day.
Old and new ran side by side for about five months. The last screen switched with no maintenance page and no rise in support requests.

Questions
Fair questions, straight answers.
How long does an API integration take?
It depends on the systems involved, and the written estimate after discovery includes a timeline. When a deadline is real, we plan around it: for an air cargo handler whose partner would not sign without a working API, we built 18 documented endpoints and deployed them to production in seven days.
How do you keep online payments secure?
Card details never touch your servers, because customers pay on the provider’s hosted checkout. When they come back, the platform fetches the payment from the provider and checks the amount, currency and status on the server before releasing anything. Rejected payments are archived with a reason, never deleted.
What happens when a partner changes its API?
We build the new integration beside the old one and move across in stages. When a forwarder’s main partner replaced its API, both ran side by side for about five months, eight years of records were converted 1,000 at a time, and the last screen switched with no maintenance page.
Can you connect a system that has no API?
Often, yes. For a phishing-simulation client, part of an engine could only be run by a person typing commands into a terminal. We built a small service that operates it the way a person would, so the customer clicks Launch and never touches the terminal. Making it stable took about three months.
