Multi-tenant SaaS platforms, built and run for the long term
CompertMe designs and builds multi-tenant SaaS platforms with subscriptions, usage-based billing, user roles and white-label branding for partners and resellers. After launch we stay to run and develop the product, as we have done for a cybersecurity platform since 2021.
- Who it’s for
- Founders and product teams selling software to businesses (B2B) or to consumers (B2C), directly or through partners and resellers.
What we do
What a SaaS platform needs before the first customer signs.
Every customer kept apart
Each company sees only its own data. On one platform, 117 permission rules are checked on the server before any data loads, so one customer’s admin is refused access to another customer’s records.
Subscriptions and billing
Free trials, card checkout, and plans and add-ons the business prices without a code release. The billing platform holds the money, your product decides what each customer may use, and one reconciliation keeps the two in step.
Your partners’ brands
Partners and resellers sell under their own logo, support email and footer. On one engine we built, a whole brand is a file of 22 settings, not a new codebase.
Pricing by usage
Customers can buy credits and pay as they use the product. One platform handles its own billing: credit purchases, several currencies, promo codes, automatic invoices and credit that resellers grant to their customers.
Work that runs unattended
Scans, data syncs, reports and renewals run in the background on a schedule, with nobody in the loop. One platform runs 88 scheduled jobs, the fastest every 30 seconds.
We keep running it
We have run one SaaS platform since 2021. We rebuilt it once under paying customers and are completing a second rebuild, and no customer has lost the service they pay for.
How we work
From the first plan to paying customers.
-
Stage 1: Discover
We spend one working session mapping how your business runs, when the real deadline is and what must not go wrong. You leave with a written scope and an estimate range. We work inside your tools: Slack, Teams, Jira, ClickUp or Notion.
-
Stage 2: Design
We model your rules, data and user flows before writing any code, while changing your mind still costs nothing. You approve the screens and structure before the build starts.
-
Stage 3: Build & secure
We release working software to your environment on a regular schedule, so you see progress instead of hearing about it. A senior engineer reviews every change, including for security, before it ships.
-
Stage 4: Launch
Before the switch, we rehearse the launch and set up monitoring, backups and a written step-by-step plan, so launch night is quiet.
-
Stage 5: Run
We maintain, monitor and improve your system for as long as you’re with us. The engineers who built it keep it running.
For a SaaS product, design is where we model the tenants, roles and plans, before any screen is built and while changing them still costs nothing.

Questions
Fair questions, straight answers.
How long does it take to build a SaaS product?
It depends on scope, and the written estimate after discovery includes a timeline. We release working software on a regular schedule, so you see progress instead of hearing about it. For scale: adding partner, reseller and customer tiers to a live cybersecurity platform took three weeks, on its live database.
Can resellers sell our platform under their own brand?
Yes. We have built partner, reseller and customer tiers into live platforms, with every page and query checking access on the server. Each partner gets its own logo, support email and footer, resellers inherit their partner’s branding, and partners get a billing file ready to import into their own systems.
Which ways of charging customers can you build?
Free trials, card checkout, plans and add-ons, usage-based credits, and subscriptions billed by bank transfer or invoice. The billing platform stays the source of truth for money and your product the source of truth for what each customer may use, with one reconciliation keeping the two in step.
Do you run the platform after launch?
Yes. We monitor, back up, update and improve it for as long as you work with us, and the engineers who built it handle your requests. We have run one cybersecurity SaaS platform since 2021, rebuilding it under paying customers without any of them losing the service.
Next step
Building a product customers will pay for?
Tell us who the product is for and how it should charge. Discovery takes one working session, and you get a written estimate range within two working days of the call.
